Clockcraft is the brand under which Clock Craft sells clocks on theclockcraft.com. This page explains who owns the Clockcraft name, how other brand names are used on this website, and what to do if you see our name being misused.

1. Our brand

"Clockcraft" and the Clockcraft logo are brand names of Clock Craft, a sole proprietorship of Bhautikkumar Bhikhabhai Hirapara. All products on this website are sold and fulfilled by Clock Craft under the Clockcraft brand.

2. No affiliation with other brands

Clockcraft is an independent brand. We are not an authorised reseller, partner or affiliate of any other clock, watch or home décor brand, and we are not sponsored or endorsed by any of them. Third-party names that appear on this website, such as payment, courier, advertising or platform providers (for example Google, Meta or Shopify), belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only to describe how our store works.

3. Designs and descriptions

Our clock designs are created by us or used with the permission of the design owner. Words such as "modern", "minimal", "vintage" or "Scandinavian" describe a style only. They do not mean that a product is made by, licensed by or connected with any designer or brand.

If you believe a product on our website uses your design or trademark without permission, please email us with the details. We will review it and remove the product promptly if the claim is valid.

4. Genuine Clockcraft products

Genuine Clockcraft products are sold by Clock Craft through theclockcraft.com. If you see a website, social media page or seller using the Clockcraft name, logo or product photos and you are not sure it is us, please check with us before you pay. We never ask for your card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN or OTP.
